- 1. Refund Policy.
- Any vehicle not passing "tech" will get a full refund, but will have to pay for general admission if they wish to view races. On-line registration deadline is 4:00 pm on September 1, 2009. $20.00 administration surcharge on all cancellations. Refunds for cancellations will be sent immediately until August 15, 2009. After August 15, 2009 refunds will be issued after the event.

- 2. Registration Deadline.
- All Drivers are asked to register prior to Thursday, September 2, 2010. Registrations will be accepted at the Racer Gates until 12:00 Noon on Saturday, September 5, 2009, no exceptions.
- 3. Complete all "Personal Info" required fields.
- Many fields in the "Personal Info" section of the Registration Form are required information. Failure to provide the requested information any of these fields will result in a processing error and registration failure.
- 4. Required Format
- Where a field requires information to be entered in a specific format, the acceptable format is identified.
- 5. URLs and Internet Addresses
- This on-line Registration Form is intended to be a medium through which racers may easily register for the races. It is not for the purpose of promoting or marketing a registrant's business venture. Entry of a URL or Internet address in any of the fields on this on-line Registration Form will result in a processing error and registration failure.
- 6. Entry Fee Payment
- All Entry Fees must be paid at or before the Racer Check-in. See our website for information on the Racer Check-in location and time.
